We don’t sell fixed packages. Your route, pace, stays and experiences are designed from a blank page around how you like to travel, and plans stay flexible, so days can be added, changed or simply slowed down along the way.
It starts with a $120 planning fee for your custom day-by-day itinerary, hand-picked stays and up to two rounds of changes. There are two ways to use it:

- Airport pickup with fast track: a VIP meet-and-greet at your arrival gate and fast-track service through immigration

How much does a private tour in Thailand cost?
It depends on your travel dates, trip length, accommodation and the experiences you choose. You’ll receive one all-inclusive package price in your custom proposal.
What can a private tour include?
Every element is optional. Depending on what you choose, your private tour can include airport pickup with VIP fast-track through immigration, a private vehicle and English-speaking driver-guide, transport between destinations, hand-picked hotels, private experiences and on-trip support.
What is the $120 planning fee?
It covers your custom itinerary and hand-picked stays. It’s credited in full if you book your private tour with us, or you can keep the itinerary and travel independently.
Do you guide every trip yourself?
Every trip is planned personally by our founder. Depending on your route, she may join you for part of it, and you’ll travel with a trusted English-speaking driver-guide on the other days.
How do we pay for our trip?
A deposit secures your booking, with the balance due before you travel. Payments are made by bank transfer to our Thai bank account. We recommend using Wise, as regular international wires often lose money to bank fees along the way.
How far in advance should we book?
For trips between November and February, the most popular time to visit, we recommend booking three to nine months ahead, as the best small hotels fill up early.
